This website is purely informational. It contains no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or marketing services.

To host this website we use an IT service provider based in Türkiye as our processor. The provider delivers the website via Google Firebase Hosting; this service is provided by Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. Content is delivered via the content delivery network of Fastly, Inc. (USA), which Google uses as a sub-processor for this purpose.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.

We do not combine this data with other data sources and do not analyse it.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with our provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for Türkiye; the transfer is therefore based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module 2) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Data may also be processed in the USA, in particular by Google LLC and Fastly, Inc. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable technologies such as local storage. Fonts are delivered together with the website by our hosting provider; no connections to other third parties are made when you visit.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (for example your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the preparation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering your enquiry.

Emails are processed via Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited). We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply, in particular under the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code.

This website links to our WhatsApp account. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp when you visit the website; a connection is only made when you click the link. If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages in order to handle your enquiry; the legal basis is the same as above. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. According to its own information, WhatsApp also transfers data outside the EEA, in particular to Meta group companies in the USA; WhatsApp LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). If you do not want this, you can reach us by email or phone.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
